Play around the circle
Take time to find the note. Pace changes apply to the next note.
Four clicks, then play.
Your guitar · frets 0–12
High e at the top · low E at the bottom0 = open string · Dots mark frets 3, 5, 7, 9 and 12. Play either highlighted octave when there are two.
Make it a useful practice session
Start slowly on one string. Find the note before the next cue, say its name as you play it, and listen to whether it matches. Once a full circle feels comfortable, hide the fret positions or choose another string. Then reverse the direction.
These are note-finding jumps, not a scale run. Fourths and fifths visit all twelve pitches. F♯ and G♭ name the same fret.
