Refund Policy
Last updated: October 17, 2026 (revised)
Try Pro without worry: if it isn’t for you, get a full refund within 30 days of your first payment.
30-day refund
- If you ask within 30 days of your first payment for a ChordCurrent Pro subscription (monthly or annual), we’ll refund that payment in full. No questions asked.
- When a refund is issued, your subscription is canceled and Pro access ends.
- Our 30-day guarantee covers your first payment. Later renewal payments aren’t covered by this guarantee, but they may still be refundable under Paddle’s refund policy (Paddle is our reseller) or the consumer laws where you live. Contact us and we’ll look at every request.
- You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
- If something went wrong (for example you were charged twice, or charged after canceling), contact us and we’ll put it right.
How to ask for a refund
Email [email protected] from the email address on your account, or contact Paddle, our reseller, through paddle.net using the details on your receipt. Refunds are processed by Paddle to your original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Your legal rights
This policy is in addition to any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live, including statutory withdrawal rights in the EU and UK.
